Well, when I first received my mini bluetooth phone it was bigger than I expected,very nice. It came with a extra back piece and a usb cord . I didn't know how to open the back to put my sim card in,after about 15 min of trying to figure it out I got it.The problem I had was getting it to charge didn't know their is a little small green tape covering the battery, had to take that off ,pop my battery back in hooked it to the usb cord and it worked perfect so far so good definitely would recommend this mini phone bluetooth.
